The basic requirement of CP 205 is that each person taking this class complete all assigned case readings, attend class and participate in the class discussion of the case readings.  I will not take attendance, but I expect each  you to attend every meeting, subject to illness (yours, your spouse/significant other's, your child, etc.) and family emergencies.  Most of what you learn will flow from the class discussions with your colleagues; it is therefore very important that you attend every class.  In addition to this basic requirement, I will administer a mid-term and a final exam.  The mid-term and the final-exams will be taken-home, open book. 

     Your final grade in the course will be based on the mid-term exam (40%), a final exam (40%), and oral recitation in class of cases which are included in assigned readings and participation in general class discussion (20%).  

     I encourage each of you to make an appointment with me at any time to discuss your performance in the class and any grade you receive, including your final grade in the course.
